This position is primarily an Accounting Supervisor over all the desks in the office including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing & Cashing Contracts, Extended Warranties, Service Booking and Title Processing. Month-end duties include financial statement trial balances and preliminary financial statement analysis plus all corrections and journal entries. Key to this position is office efficiencies and excellent communication with subordinates and other managers. Direct reporting to the company Controller. Proficiencies with ADP, M/S Excel and typical automotive management reports. Hiring contingent upon successfully passing of drug test, background check, credit check and online aptitude testing.
