Profile

Essential Functions:Provides user training for electronic system and manual use.Collaborates with key stakeholders to create a strategy for the retention of top talent.Creates a strategic plan for training and development.Develops and prepares course content and support materials.Manages all training records and related administration.Works with Human Resources to design, develop, and deliver new hire and role specific training to support the on-boarding of new employees.Provides clerical and administrative support related to training program.Works with relevant teams for electronic base training process improvements.Processes and controls storage of quality records.Interacts directly with users of controlled documentation to ensure internal conformance to company quality control requirements.Assists in Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspections and notified body audits regarding marketed products, as requested.Ensures accurate and timely input of database entries; implements a self-auditing system to verify work.Continually assesses training processes and makes process improvement recommendations as needed.Analyzes change requests for completeness.Communicates with internal customers to ensure necessary changes are concise and complete.Updates electronic document profiles with appropriate changes.Boxes and labels records to be archived.Maintains files in binders, file cabinets, boxes etc. to maintain controlled documents and records; ensures files are accurate and easily retrievable.Schedules and chairs meetings as necessary.Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum two (2) years of experience in dental or medical device industry.Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.Extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs.Pay Range: $17.99-$29.98/hr
