The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for executing complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments for SLB’s New Energy executive leadership team. A successful candidate has excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A successful candidate has good judgement, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and advanced knowledge of MS Office suite. The right candidate will be able to anticipate the executive team’s needs, be self-motivated, and have a good team attitude.
This position will report directly to the Vice President of Technology for SLB New Energy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle confidential secretarial and administrative assignments.
Type formal letters, interoffice correspondence, and miscellaneous documents; compose correspondence as required.
Answer telephone and handle requests for information.
Maintain department records and files.
Keep managers and supervisors informed about meetings, appointments, report due dates and other deadlines.
Arrange travel schedules and reservations.
Maintain budget and cost spreadsheets.
Supervise and train others as needed.
Help develop training material and presentations.
Plan and implement special events and activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
5 year of experience supporting executive level or a C-Suite equivalent office.
Strong research, writing and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals at all levels.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/tasks effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and interpret policies and procedures.
