Accounting Clerk
Position Responsibilities:
Process the daily deposit and post payments to client’s accounts.
Open new client matters.
Deposit trust check to client’s accounts.
Process daily check requests.
Process payroll deductions.
Take client calls and process payments.
Pay monthly bills.
Reconcile Bank Accounts.
Process monthly journal entries.
Transmit outgoing wires.
Position Expectations:
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Organized, takes initiative, works with precision, and willingness to work hard.
Demonstrate effective communication and organization skills.
Job Type: Full Time
Associates Degree preferred, prior experience beneficial. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel and Outlook. In addition, qualified candidates must also demonstrate the following skills: data entry, time management, attention to detail, accuracy, and aptitude for numbers, accounting software and administrative skills, initiative, teamwork and ability to multi-task.
