Certified Mobile Notary Service (****is now seeking for a part-time remote notary.
The purpose of this position is to perform moderately complex to advanced clerical work in support of the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller operations functions.
JOB TYPE: Part-time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Process marriage licenses.
Generate and issue licenses remotely via video platform, cashiers related fees.
Record licenses into the Official Records.
Manage the Offices remote marriage license email box.
Review marriage license applications.
Answer customer questions by email and over the phone.
Schedule remote notary marriage license appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma (or GED).
3 years of recent and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data, preferably in an automated systems environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Some vocational or college courses preferred.
Must be an existing notary public, a civil-law notary appointed under chapter 118.
Remote notary certification preferred.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
