Job Description:
Provide assistance to Executive team members, in particular correspondence and scheduling
Assist with long term projects
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering
Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Excellent organizational skills
Time management skills
Microsoft Suite experience
