Administration Assistant – Wills, Estates and Succession Planning (WESP)
Location: Glasgow
Full time position
We have an opportunity for an administration assistant to join our WESP team based principally in our Glasgow office. There may on occasion be a travel requirement to our Edinburgh and Helensburgh offices.
We are looking for someone with:-
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with first stage client interactions;
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with good prioritisation skills;
Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping/administration; and
Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office, Excel etc.
The key function is to support the qualified staff in the team and duties will include:-
Provision of secretarial and administration service to the team;
Assisting in the management of client data and record keeping;
Acting as first point of contact for clients and third parties contacting the team; and
Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required.
We would be particularly keen to hear from candidates with audio typing experience.
