PRESIDENT
Initiate banking transactions
Reconcile bank accounts
Reconcile multi entity general ledgers
Distinguish between capital vs. current period expenses
Track/post tenant rents
Track/post accounts receivable
Post/pay accounts payable
Review/maintain property insurance
OFFICE & HR
Oversee job activity of receptionist and administrative staff
Act as back-up to the CFO in maintaining network and office workstations in conjunction with IT consultants and assist with payroll and benefits administration
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent computer skills.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills €“ ability to interact with people and all organization levels
Highly self-directed and proactive
