SUMMARY: This is a clerical position. Responsible for yields preparation, variety meats yields and daily packing reports. This list is not all inclusive and there may be other duties as assigned. Good math skills are a must and will need a good understanding of percentages and how to calculate a percentage. Must have the ability to adjust to change and work through problems. This position also does other assigned tasks given to them by management. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday. Hours are 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Will work Sundays about half of the year. . Excellent math skills required and good communication skills a plus.

REQUIREMENTS: Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, office equipment and business practices normally acquired by four years of high school, a vocational school or other related experience.

Experience: 1 years of general office experience preferred, not required.

Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills, an understanding of computer systems and how to use these. Microsoft Office & Excel experience required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: Knowledge of basic office equipment (copier, postage machine, fax, etc.) Attention to detail is a must.
