The Employee Relations Administrative Sr. Coordinator serves as a key partner in enabling the success of the Employee Relations team. The position is responsible for reviewing employee and leader workplace concerns and entering them into the Employee Relations (ER) Case Management System, as well as, providing administrative support to ER caseworkers for the completion of an ER case. This role will utilize Employee Relations Case Management processes, technology systems, and continuous process improvements, using a deep knowledge of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s policies, practices, and culture. The Sr. Coordinator must be organized, able to prioritize responsibilities, be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of the team, while building effective relationships across the team and the enterprise.
Employee Relations is a capability within Human Resources that works to improve employee engagement across the organization by providing direction and guidance on workplace concerns. This is done through responding to questions regarding Company policies, completing workplace concern investigations, and providing high level consultation and recommendations to leaders.
What will you do?
Research, resolve, and respond to workplace questions and concerns from employees, people leaders, former employees, etc.
Platform ER concerns sent via email and web form using the ER Case Management System for caseworkers to investigate
Draft, send, and receive all required termination paperwork
Manage requests to terminate employees by completing terminations in the HR system
Coordinate final pay processing in accordance with State Law requirements in partnership with Payroll
Utilize various systems for case management, research, and reporting research (e.g., Service Now, Oracle, TLC, Kenexa, etc.)
Participate in team projects and provide solutions
Complete various administrative support functions, such as wage and hour reporting, SharePoint administration, Power Point, supply ordering, etc.
Communicate clearly and concisely through written and verbal forms to people leaders, employees, and key partners
Crosstrain on ER Phone Intake Sr. Coordinator responsibilities
Hours of operation are 7am-5:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. Exact shift times rotate every week.
Basic Qualifications
2 years or more of customer service, administrative, Human Resources, or office environment experience
Ability to handle highly confidential information
1 year or more of Microsoft Office Suite experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
1 year or more of HR experience
Basic knowledge and experience in Service Now, Oracle, TLC, Kenexa, etc. or similar software systems
