Marketing Coordinator
$50 / year (flexible based on experience)
Responsibilities
Provide general support to our Marketing Department
Assist with updates and maintenance of all digital marketing
Coordinate events and tradeshows
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Assist with requests for marketing materials and promotional products
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events, and other similar activities for the Marketing Department
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: note taking, printing, binding, faxing, mailing and filing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred (Marketing/Advertising/Communications)
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to manage time, work independently and complete tasks under time pressure when necessary
Basics Adobe Creative Suite® knowledge a plus
Salesforce knowledge a plus
Some travel required for events and trade shows
