CREDITORS' RIGHTS/EVICTION PARALEGAL - (Red Bank Office)
Hill Wallack LLP is seeking a Paralegal for the firm's Creditors' Rights Department in the Red Bank office. Candidate should have a minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in foreclosure and evictions. Municipal law a plus. This individual must have experience in representing residential mortgage servicers. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment. Job Responsibilities:
Preparing Pleadings, Motions, Etc;
Daily communication with clients, defendants and tenants;
Research on-line Court files for documents; and
Data Entry in multiple Third Party web systems.
Job Requirements:
2 – 3 years of experience working in foreclosure and, evictions;
Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner;
Knowledge of state electronic filing system;
Perfect Practice case management knowledge a plus;
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer (Excel a Must) ;
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and tasks requiring detail, concentration, and accuracy;
Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing;
Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment.
LEGAL SECRETARY - COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS (Princeton Office)
Hill Wallack LLP has an immediate opening for a legal secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to a team of community association attorneys in their Princeton office. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and other staff as needed.
This individual must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. The qualified Legal Secretary will be a team player who can manage independent projects in a deadline-driven environment while utilizing strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

TRADEMARK PARALEGAL/ASSISTANT (Princeton Office)
Strong administrative background with trademark experience required. Duties include managing docketing software, preparing documents and communications specific to trademarks and patents. Facilitate and schedule meetings. Manage follow-ups and deadlines. Interface with attorneys, clients, agents and inventors. Knowledge of and experience with USPTO Trademark and Patent database.
