Position Details
Duties and responsibilities include general and miscellaneous office duties ranging from scanning, mail pick-up and delivery, making copies, preparing conference rooms for meetings and events, ordering and stocking supplies, keeping the office clean and organized, assisting with electronic file issues and billing issues and serving as a back-up receptionist.

Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working well under pressure.
Self-starter. Adaptability to sometimes fluid priorities and work demands.
Ability to multi-task, organize work-flow and use time efficiently.
Compensation
20-25 hours per week part-time hourly work with the following preferred in office schedule, although there is some flexibility: Wednesday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Part-time hourly compensation range: up to $18 an hour depending on experience.
