Our experienced attorneys provide business development, vendor management and staffing solutions to law firms around the country. De Novo's Executive Team is looking for a remote executive assistant to support them and the CEO with general administrative work including but not limited to data entry, management of corporate files, scheduling, calendaring, appointment setting, travel coordination, email and letter drafting, and other administrative work relating to sales, marketing, social media, and our website. This is a remote position and the right candidate will need to be generally available from 9am-6pm EST Monday-Friday and willing to work 20-30 hours a week at an hourly rate that is DOE. We prefer a candidate with at least 3 years of experience.
