Our Fresno office is currently seeking a HR Coordinator with 1-3 years of HR experience to join our team. The HR Coordinator is a key support member of the Lozano Smith team and will be responsible for performing a variety of HR activities and providing support to the HR Department. Duties may include responsibilities in the following areas: Recruiting, Onboarding, Safety, Performance Management, Payroll and Benefit Administration. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Ideal candidates have a passion for and working understanding of general HR functions; the ability to build rapport and positive relationships, and exceptional communication, administrative and critical thinking skills.
