Responsibilities
Answer Help desk calls
Responsible for assuring users are provided efficient and timely support
Monitors helpdesk requests and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems
Place, track, document and maintain all helpdesk requests utilizing a service request tracking system
Follow up with clients for additional information
Provides staff support for administrative tasks and projects
Provide level I technical support to end-users
Act as the escalation point for all requests and incidents
Track and analyze trends in Help Desk requests, run related reports and email surveys
Performs other administrative duties as needed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to learn software in order to research service requests
Top notch customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with law firm personnel
Multi phone line experience
Self starter and driven
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, legal software experience is a plus
5 years law firm work experience or legal education equivalent, paralegal/legal assistant is a plus
Knowledge of law firm operations and procedures
Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
