Paralegal Transactional

Profile

We are hiring a paralegal to work in the Transactional department of our legal practice. Qualified candidates must have at least five years of paralegal experience, ability to understand and analyze legal issues, ability to manage client documents, write clearly and concisely, and be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw. We will only consider candidates with a California paralegal certificate and a bachelor’s degree. Part-time, full-time, remote, and hybrid work opportunities available.
