Business Litigation Paralegal

Profile

Larkin Hoffman, one of the Twin Cities’ leading law firms located in Bloomington, has a full-time paralegal position available in our Business Litigation Department. This position supports attorneys in all stages of the litigation process from onset through trial and closing of the file.

Duties include drafting documents, maintaining client records, compiling, analyzing and summarizing data, communicating with clients, and performing basic legal research.

Must be proficient in the use of e-discovery tools and preparing for hearings, arbitrations and trials, including technology needed to support presentations in those settings.

Candidates must have a paralegal certificate or degree and 3 years of paralegal experience or equivalent combination. Must have superior client service and communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
