Our client is looking to add a stellar Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to their growing team!
The ideal candidate should have a strong litigation background, be able to handle assignments from various attorney's, be a self-starter who can work on their own, be detail-oriented, and have good communication and organizational skills.
Should have 3 years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Personal Injury experience is a must
The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.
Proofread and cite check legal documents
Prepare initial discovery, I.E., interrogatories, request for production and request for admissions
Prepare documents for filing in court
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interact with clients
Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
