to join our Vancouver office working with the Human Resources Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves planning events, is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced working environment, and enjoys connecting with people. We are seeking a charismatic individual who will be the driving force behind promoting and championing a positive office culture.

Highly organized
Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing, and executing in firm events including summer socials, holiday party, fundraising events and more
Providing administrative assistance to the HR Manager and COO
Assisting with employee life cycles, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, tracking status changes, offboarding, etc.
Maintaining employee files both paper and electronic including filing
Maintaining and updating HRIS system
Managing and tracking vacation requests and coverage requests
Assisting with planning and executing firm events, retreats, training, and in-firm education opportunities
Reception relief
General administrative duties as required
Ideal Qualifications:
Graduate of an Office Administration, Administrative Assistant or Human Resources program
Previous experience providing administrative support in an office environment
Event planning experience
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Committed to provided excellent service and exceeding expectations
Ability to build relationships with others, fostering a strong and diverse professional network
Solid proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
