Our San Diego office is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, with a passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will have three (3) to five (5) years of experience providing administrative and clerical support in a professional setting. Qualified candidates are team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They are able to work with a variety of people including working with several attorneys simultaneously. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, positive, proactive, and professional. This individual will perform receptionist duties and provide general clerical assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as assist with office administrative responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
