– Medical Malpractice/Appellate Secretary. Qualified applicants must have prior legal secretary experience in civil litigation defense, experience supporting multiple attorneys, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with E-filing (Kentucky and Federal), experience managing multiple attorney’s calendars, scheduling meetings, calendaring deadlines, detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and work well with others.
– Office Assistant (full time). We are looking for an office assistant. This position is the receptionist for our second floor offices and assists the administrative staff with filing, dictation, opening files, closing files, e-filing (KY, IN and Federal), calendaring meetings/deadlines, and many other projects. Experience working in a civil litigation defense law office is recommended. Must be detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and work well with others. Hours are 9-5 Monday – Friday.
– Runner (part time or full time) – Our office is currently looking for a Runner/Copy room/Office Assistant. Full time hours are 8:30 – 5 Monday – Friday or  Part time hours – flexible with school schedule.  Perfect for a college student who may be interested in going to law school in the future who wants to learn about the law practice. Duties include: filing, copying, scanning, driving errands to pick up and deliver documents. Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 30 pound boxes). Reliable transportation a must (car or pickup). The qualified candidate will have a great attitude, strong attention to details, good verbal and written communication skills, able to follow instructions, ability to multi-task, follow up and follow through, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
