Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate opening for a HR/ Office Administrator
in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for clerical duties, hiring/ firing, assisting new candidates with training and development. The HR/ Office Administrator
should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:
Assist in the hiring process
Order / track consumable items to ensure stock is maintained
Meet & greet new staff, set expectations
Resolve any disputes or issues
Have a fantastic attitude
Be approachable
Maintain employee hours / time clock functions
Reporting and documentation functions
HR/ Office Administrator Requirements:
Prior HR/ administrator experience
Displays a high level of professionalism
Great attention to detail/ record keeping
